Mama Matters is a free community group for our Moms of the Midlands run by myself, Amanda Low (Founder of Moms of the Midlands) and Mel Manley (Sleep Well by Mel).
We host a casual ‘Walk & Talk’ on an ad hoc basis during the week as well as a meet-up on the first Saturday of every month at La Popote Café. We do a walk around The Knoll Historic Guest Farm starting at 08:00am followed by a talk from 09:00 – 10:00am. Every Saturday, a guest speaker is invited to join us to discuss key topics relating to motherhood. Our meet-ups are FREE, you only have to pay for whatever you want at the café and if you are not up to walking, you’re welcome to just join us for the talk.
Our Mama Matters group is open to ALL Moms. Everyone who’s anyone is welcome to join us. It’s a time for you, Mama, to connect with other moms, to enjoy some low intensity exercise, have a coffee, and chat about things that matter to you. Because Mama, YOU matter!
